The bigger space of the Superior Double Room was perfect for my work needs during my 10-night stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to 2 train stations and close proximity to the Mall of Berlin and Gendarmenmarket. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff at the reception, especially Mr Scherbeth, were incredibly kind and accommodating. this hotel provided a comfortable and convenient experience.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to 2 train stations, making it super convenient to get around. The staff provided exceptional service, from the helpful tour assistance to the efficient dry cleaning service. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and soundproofed, guaranteeing a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils allowed me to enjoy a homemade breakfast every morning. this place exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort, convenience, and quality service.

We stayed in a spacious room with ample cupboard space, a good-sized fridge, and a well-equipped cooking area for breakfast. The room was soundproofed, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay. The large bed with plenty of pillows provided a restful sleep. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in the heart of the city and close to two train stations. With shops nearby and accessible public transport, it was convenient to explore the area.
The cleaning staff and minibar staff did not always wait before entering our room, which could be disruptive and invasive.
